Sending out Confidential Questionnaire

The Confidential Questionnaire (CQ) is a short question form we send out to our prospects to gather some information about them.

We tried to make this form short and to the point to make it as easy for the prospects, as well as to make sure that they didn’t feel intimidated to have to fill this out.

The goal is to get this form filled out prior to signing the prospect up for discovery day.

The prospect can fill this out on their smart phone, tablet, or computer, whatever works best for them.

The information that they submit will auto populate into SF along with a pdf copy of the form. The checkmark and date when it was received will be filled out and you will get an email notification that the prospect submitted their form.

Make sure you are updating Salesforce that CQ was requested and the date.
