When your prospect is ready for the franchise agreement, you will submit the Franchise Agreement Request Form from Salesforce.
Before you submit that form make sure you have all your ducks in order.
Have you verified all of the information in Salesforce?
– Entity – Did they submit their legal paperwork for this (Article of Organization or Incorporation) – if they submitted it with their application this would be attached into SF. Make sure that you check who are members so that we are 100% sure who needs to sign. Also the entity name can not include 1st Class Real Estate in it.
– Are there any partners? If so did you get app from them all and did they all get a chance to review the FDD?
– DBA – Did you make sure it does not include city, state, or major metropolitan area?
– Are they doing Standard or Virtual Model?
– Do they have a business bank account set up? They need to submit their bank information on the ACH form when they sign the franchise agreement package.
– Has the prospect agreed to the deal terms?
If you have verified everything then you will click on the Franchise Agreement Request Form Link in Salesforce and complete the form and submit to us. When we receive the form we will get started on drafting the FA signature package and get that out to your prospect as soon as possible, along with the QuickBooks invoices for the training fee and franchise fee.
