Discovery Day (DD) is a key step in the sales process. It gives the prospect the ins and outs about our franchise.
Best thing is to do those live with your prospect by going through the presentation with them and then going into the different systems to show them how they work.

We also have the DD presentation recorded and you can send the link to your prospects to watch it. This way they can go through it at their own time, if they can’t do a live one with you. Here is the link to the website with the recording – Recorded DD Website
In Salesforce you need to mark DD invited and DD attended, and it’s always good to put the date in there as well to keep track of it and be able to follow up with them if they plan to watch the recording.
