How To Customize 1st Class Email Signature Templates in Canva
1. To Sign up for your FREE Canva Account Click Here, or sign in if you already have one.
2. After you sign up, click the link for the signature that you would like to customize
below.
3. In the Canva Editor, you can start customizing the following content.
● Name
● Title
● Office & Mobile Number
● Email address
● Website
● Address
● Headshot
● Logo
4. How to Upload Headshot – On the left menu bar click Upload. You may drag or click
the Upload button.
5. After uploading headshot, you may now Drag and Drop the image to the frame. Double
click the image to set cropping if needed.
6. DONE. Click Download in the top right corner. Select to save as a PNG file and
download to your computer
7. To insert the image into your signature login to your email account, select settings,
insert the image into your signature settings and click save.
